Q: Why did you get into the sports betting industry? A: I joined Hollywoodbets in 2023 and honestly it just clicked straight away. The pace is relentless. Every day there's something happening, markets moving, games kicking off. I've always been mad about sport so being in an environment where that actually matters felt like a natural fit. It didn't feel like a career choice so much as landing in the right place at the right time.

Q: What do you think makes a good bettor? A: Discipline. Full stop. Anyone can get lucky for a week. What separates the serious punters from the rest is knowing when not to bet. You've got to be honest with yourself about what you actually know and what you're guessing. Most people lose because they can't tell the difference.

Q: How do you spot value in the markets? A: It comes from knowing the sport properly. Not surface level stuff. When you understand the game deeply enough, you can feel when the odds are off. Bookmakers aren't always right. If you've watched enough, you start to notice when the market doesn't reflect what's actually going to happen.
