    If you feel that you have a valid complaint, there are a few steps that you can take. We recommend that you deal with Easybet issues and complaints as follows:

    1. Contact the customer support team by live chat or email, clearly explaining your grievance. Complaints are often dealt with after contact is made.

    2. Failing step 1, try a telephone call. If the issue cannot be resolved during a call, you can ask for a supervisor or manager to get involved

    3. Generally, any issues should be resolved within 7 business days, unless you have been advised otherwise.

    Easybet’s Approach to Dispute Resolution

    Section 22 of the Terms and Conditions lays out Disputes and Easybet complaint resolution and has been written in accordance with the Eastern Cape Gambling Board. Should a complaint not be resolved in-house, it can be escalated to the ECGB for formal adjudication. The decision taken will be final and binding.

    Security and Confidentiality in Handling Complaints  

    All complaints are handled confidentially, and Easy is committed to protecting players’ privacy.  There is a clause in the T&Cs that stipulates that “both parties agree to maintain confidentiality during the resolution process unless disclosure is legally required”.
